They have a very good product but the zippers are junk! They really need to use brand name quality zippers!
Coat seems decent enough, had a little trouble with the zipper but it righted itself--so far so good. The velcro in lieu of buttons or snaps is horrible, if one has long hair it gets stuck to the velcro!!
